Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 5, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SUFK Digital Products and purchases made through sufkdigitalproducts.store (the "Website").

By using the Website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. About SUFK Digital Products

SUFK Digital Products is an online store providing digital products, including eBooks, PDFs, guides, educational materials and other digital content.

  • Trading Name: SUFK Digital Products
  • Website: sufkdigitalproducts.store
  • Support Email: sufkdevelopers@gmail.com
  • Country of Operation: Pakistan

The business is operated by an adult legal business owner who is responsible for the business's applicable legal, tax, payment, contractual and regulatory obligations.

Where applicable law or a payment provider requires disclosure of the legal owner's identity, that information will be provided through the appropriate legal, payment, tax or regulatory channels.

The owner's personal name is not intentionally displayed throughout the Website where such disclosure is not legally required.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to conceal, misrepresent or falsify the identity of the legal seller.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase products from the Website.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old;
  • you have legal capacity to enter into the transaction;
  • the information you provide is accurate; and
  • you are legally permitted to purchase digital products.

We do not knowingly sell directly to individuals under 18.

3. Digital Products

SUFK Digital Products sells digital products rather than physical goods.

Products may include:

  • eBooks;
  • PDFs;
  • guides;
  • educational resources;
  • templates; and
  • other digital materials.

Product descriptions should explain the nature, format and contents of each product before purchase.

We aim to ensure that product descriptions and claims are accurate and not misleading.

4. Product Availability

Products may be added, changed, updated, replaced or removed from the Website.

We reserve the right to discontinue products in the future.

Discontinuing a product will not intentionally remove rights that a customer has already acquired where applicable law protects those rights.

5. Pricing

Prices displayed on the Website are the prices applicable at the time an order is completed, unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change before a purchase is completed.

Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected through our payment provider where required.

A later price change does not retroactively change the price of a completed purchase.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for applicable transactions.

Paddle handles payment processing and applicable transaction, tax and compliance functions under its Merchant of Record model.

Customers may also be subject to Paddle's applicable buyer terms and policies.

SUFK Digital Products does not intentionally store complete payment-card details on its own systems.

7. Ordering

Before completing an order, you should have an opportunity to review the product and purchase information.

You are responsible for checking:

  • the selected product;
  • the price;
  • your email address; and
  • other information displayed before payment.

The checkout should clearly communicate that completing the purchase creates an obligation to pay.

8. Digital Delivery

After successful payment, your purchased product may be delivered through:

  • email;
  • a secure download link;
  • your customer account;
  • or another secure digital-delivery method.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to it.

If you have legitimately purchased a product but cannot access it because of a technical problem, contact: sufkdevelopers@gmail.com

We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide the purchased product.

9. Customer Accounts

The Website may allow customers to create optional accounts.

Account authentication may use email verification rather than traditional passwords.

You must not:

  • impersonate another person;
  • provide deliberately false information;
  • access another person's account;
  • share account access in a way that compromises security; or
  • attempt to bypass authentication or security controls.

10. Linking Previous Purchases

Where this feature is available, purchases made without an account may later be associated with a customer account when the customer verifies the same email address used for the original purchase.

Additional verification may be required where reasonably necessary to prevent unauthorized access.

11. License to Purchased Products

Unless a product specifically states otherwise, purchasing a digital product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own lawful personal use.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its copyright or underlying intellectual property.

You may:

  • download the product;
  • store a reasonable backup copy; and
  • use the product for the purposes described by the product.

12. Prohibited Use

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not:

  • resell a purchased digital product;
  • redistribute the product;
  • upload it to public websites;
  • publicly share download links;
  • distribute copies to others;
  • reproduce substantial portions for redistribution;
  • claim the material as your own;
  • remove copyright or ownership notices;
  • sublicense the material;
  • use the product to create an infringing competing product; or
  • use our systems to unlawfully obtain or distribute protected content.

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that cannot legally be restricted.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, SUFK Digital Products owns or has appropriate rights to the Website's original branding, text, graphics, digital products and other protected materials.

Third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.

You may not represent our copyrighted materials as your own.

We aim to use only content that we own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally entitled to use.

14. Copyright Complaints

If you believe material available through the Website infringes your copyright or another intellectual-property right, contact: sufkdevelopers@gmail.com

Please provide sufficient information for us to identify the material and understand the basis of your complaint.

We may investigate legitimate complaints and take appropriate action.

15. Refunds and Cancellations

Digital products are generally considered final once digital delivery has begun, subject to applicable law.

This does not remove or override mandatory consumer rights.

Where applicable law provides a right to:

  • cancel;
  • withdraw;
  • receive a refund;
  • receive replacement content;
  • receive a repair or correction; or
  • receive another legal remedy,

that right remains available.

For EU/EEA consumers purchasing digital content, the applicable withdrawal rules will be respected.

Where immediate digital delivery is requested, the checkout will use the legally required consent and acknowledgement process where applicable.

We will not represent that customers have no legal refund or withdrawal rights where such rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Faulty or Incorrect Digital Products

If a purchased product:

  • is corrupted;
  • cannot reasonably be accessed;
  • is materially different from its description;
  • is supplied incorrectly; or
  • otherwise fails to conform to what was promised,

contact: sufkdevelopers@gmail.com

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may provide:

  • a corrected file;
  • replacement access;
  • another copy;
  • restored access;
  • a refund; or
  • another legally required remedy.

17. No Guaranteed Results

Our products are generally educational or informational.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we do not guarantee:

  • a specific income;
  • business success;
  • employment;
  • financial returns;
  • academic results;
  • or any other particular outcome.

Examples, projections or hypothetical scenarios are not guarantees of future results.

18. Professional Advice

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products do not constitute professional legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting or other regulated professional advice.

You should obtain appropriate professional advice when dealing with matters requiring a qualified professional.

19. Honest Marketing

We aim to ensure that our advertising and product claims are truthful and not misleading.

We will not knowingly create fake:

  • reviews;
  • testimonials;
  • customer numbers;
  • earnings claims;
  • endorsements;
  • sales figures;
  • scarcity;
  • countdowns; or
  • other deceptive social proof.

Any future testimonials should represent genuine customer experiences.

20. Marketing Communications

We may send transactional communications relating to:

  • orders;
  • downloads;
  • account verification;
  • security;
  • customer support;
  • important service changes; and
  • legal notices.

Where legally required, marketing communications will only be sent where an appropriate legal basis or consent exists.

Marketing emails will provide an appropriate method for unsubscribing.

21. Website Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect our Website and systems.

However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

You must not:

  • attempt unauthorized access;
  • bypass authentication;
  • exploit vulnerabilities;
  • introduce malicious code;
  • interfere with Website operation;
  • access another user's information;
  • scrape protected content unlawfully; or
  • deliberately disrupt our systems.

Security concerns may be reported to: sufkdevelopers@gmail.com

22. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information.

Privacy Policy: /privacy

The Privacy Policy forms part of our Website's legal documentation.

23. Cookies and Tracking

We aim to avoid unnecessary cookies and tracking technologies.

We do not intend to use advertising or retargeting technologies merely to track customers across the internet.

Essential technical mechanisms may nevertheless be used where necessary for:

  • authentication;
  • security;
  • account sessions;
  • fraud prevention; or
  • Website functionality.

Analytics technologies will be implemented in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Because technical implementations can change, our Privacy/Cookie documentation will be kept consistent with the technologies actually operating on the Website.

24. Third-Party Services

The Website may use third-party services including:

  • Paddle;
  • Supabase;
  • Lovable Cloud;
  • email providers;
  • Google Analytics;
  • Google Search Console;
  • security providers; and
  • other infrastructure providers.

These services may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

25. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of:

  • fraud;
  • unauthorized access;
  • piracy;
  • redistribution of protected products;
  • abuse;
  • security threats;
  • unlawful activity; or
  • serious violations of these Terms.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate notice or other protections will be provided.

Termination does not automatically remove rights or obligations that arose before termination.

26. Website and Product Changes

We may update the Website, infrastructure, features and products as the business develops.

Where a change materially affects a product already purchased, we will take reasonable steps to avoid unfairly depriving customers of their purchased product or legally protected rights.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary, including because of:

  • changes in our services;
  • changes in law;
  • payment-provider requirements;
  • security requirements; or
  • changes to our business.

The updated version will be published on the Website with a new "Last Updated" date.

Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

28. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove, restrict or waive a consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

If the law of your country provides you with mandatory consumer protections, those protections continue to apply.

29. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SUFK Digital Products will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

Mandatory consumer rights and legally non-excludable liabilities are not affected.

30. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as:

  • major internet outages;
  • third-party infrastructure failures;
  • natural disasters;
  • governmental actions;
  • widespread technical failures; or
  • serious cybersecurity incidents affecting third-party infrastructure.

This does not remove mandatory legal rights.

31. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to the operation of the business in Pakistan.

However, mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable to customers in their own jurisdictions may continue to apply.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory legal protections.

32. Complaints and Disputes

If you experience a problem with a product or transaction, please contact us first: sufkdevelopers@gmail.com

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate complaints.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising a legal right to contact a regulator, consumer-protection authority, court or other competent body.

33. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

34. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not necessarily mean that we permanently waive our right to enforce it later.

35. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, EULA and other legal policies expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement governing use of the Website and purchase of our products, subject to mandatory applicable law.
