SUFK Digital Products is an independent digital storefront operated as a sole trader from Pakistan. When you purchase a product on this Website, your contract of sale is with the seller identified above.

2. What We Sell

We sell digital products only — downloadable files such as PDF guides. No physical goods are shipped. After a successful purchase, files are delivered electronically: instantly on the confirmation page and, for customers with an account, permanently in their account library.

3. Merchant of Record (Paddle)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

This means that for each purchase, Paddle:

  • processes your payment securely;
  • appears on your bank or card statement;
  • calculates, collects and remits applicable sales tax, VAT or GST in your country;
  • issues your receipt or invoice; and
  • handles billing-related questions, cancellations and refunds.

We never see or store your full payment-card details. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, in addition to our own Terms of Service.

4. Pricing and Taxes

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Depending on your location, Paddle may add applicable sales tax, VAT or GST at checkout before you confirm payment, so the price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay.

5. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Refund requests are processed through Paddle (paddle.net) or by contacting us at sufkdevelopers@gmail.com.

6. Consumer Rights (EU/UK and Other Regions)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom or another region with mandatory consumer-protection laws, nothing on this Website limits any statutory rights you have that cannot lawfully be waived.

For digital content specifically:

  • You normally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases. However, when you buy digital content that is delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to acknowledge that immediate delivery begins at once and that, by starting the download or access, you lose the statutory right to withdraw once delivery has begun — where the law in your country permits this.
  • Independent of that, our 30-day money-back guarantee remains available to you as a voluntary goodwill policy.
  • Statutory rights regarding faulty, not-as-described or undelivered digital content are never excluded.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Website are governed by the laws of Pakistan, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to rely on your local law or bring a claim in your local courts. We will always try to resolve any issue informally first — please contact us before starting any formal process via our Complaints page.

10. Age and Authority

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your country (typically 18) to make a purchase, or have a parent or guardian complete the purchase for you. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
