End-User License Agreement (EULA)

By purchasing, downloading, accessing or using a SUFK Digital Product, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not purchase or use the applicable digital product.

SUFK Digital Products is operated by an adult legal business owner responsible for the applicable legal, contractual, tax and business obligations. The legal owner's personal name is not unnecessarily displayed throughout the Website where such disclosure is not legally required. Where applicable law or a payment provider requires the legal seller's identity to be disclosed, accurate information will be provided through the appropriate channels. Nothing in this EULA is intended to conceal or misrepresent the identity of the legal seller.

2. Eligibility

SUFK Digital Products is intended for customers 18 years of age or older. By purchasing or using a digital product, you confirm that you meet the applicable age and legal-capacity requirements.

3. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and payment for the applicable product, SUFK Digital Products grants you a:

• limited;
• non-exclusive;
• non-transferable; and
• revocable license

to access and use the purchased digital product for its intended lawful purpose. Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, the license is for your personal use. The purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual-property rights in that product to you.

4. What You May Do

Subject to this EULA, you may:

• download the product;
• access it on your own compatible devices;
• read, study or otherwise use it for its intended purpose;
• make a reasonable backup copy for your personal use; and
• use information contained within the product for your own lawful activities.

Your use must comply with applicable law.

5. What You May Not Do

Unless we give you written permission, you may not:

Redistribution

• sell the digital product;
• give copies to other people;
• upload the product to file-sharing websites;
• publish the product online;
• distribute download links publicly;
• place the product in a shared repository accessible to others; or
• otherwise redistribute the product.

Commercial exploitation

You may not commercially redistribute the product itself or create a competing digital product by substantially reproducing protected portions of our material.

Copyright

You may not:

• claim the product as your own;
• remove copyright notices;
• remove ownership information;
• reproduce substantial portions for redistribution;
• sublicense the product; or
• otherwise infringe our intellectual-property rights.

Circumvention

You may not attempt to:

• bypass access controls;
• defeat download restrictions;
• circumvent security systems;
• extract protected files through unauthorized methods; or
• interfere with systems used to protect purchased content.

Nothing in this EULA restricts an activity that applicable law expressly permits.

6. Personal Use

Unless a product specifically states otherwise, products are licensed for your own personal use. For example, purchasing an eBook does not automatically give you permission to purchase one copy and distribute it to an entire class, company, organization, online community or group.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual-property rights in SUFK Digital Products and its original digital products remain with SUFK Digital Products or the applicable rights holder unless expressly stated otherwise. This may include:

• illustrations;
• layouts;
• designs;
• branding;
• compilation and arrangement;
• downloadable files;
• and other protected content.

Buying a product gives you the license described in this EULA. It does not sell or transfer the underlying intellectual property.

8. Third-Party Material

Some products may contain material owned or licensed from third parties. Third-party intellectual-property rights remain with their respective owners. Where third-party licenses impose additional restrictions, those restrictions may apply to the relevant material. We will make reasonable efforts to use third-party material lawfully.

9. User-Created Material

If a product contains templates, worksheets or similar resources that are specifically intended to be customized by the customer, you may modify those materials for your permitted personal use. However, unless the product's license expressly says otherwise, modifying a template does not give you ownership of the underlying SUFK intellectual property.

10. Copyright Protection

You acknowledge that unauthorized copying or distribution of protected digital products may infringe intellectual-property rights. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal or technical action against unauthorized distribution, subject to applicable law. 11. Digital Delivery

Products may be delivered through:

• email;
• secure download links;
• customer accounts;
• or another digital-delivery system.

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address or account associated with your purchase. If you legitimately purchased a product but cannot access it, contact us for assistance.

12. Account Access

Where customer accounts are available, your account may provide access to products associated with your verified purchase email. You must not share account credentials or authentication access in a manner that allows unauthorized persons to access your purchases. We may require additional verification where reasonably necessary to protect customer accounts and digital products.

13. Previous Purchases

Where technically available, purchases made before you created an account may be associated with a later account when you verify the same email address used for the original purchase. This feature exists to help legitimate customers access their purchases. We may use reasonable security checks to prevent unauthorized claims to previous purchases.

14. Updates and Corrections

We may occasionally update a digital product to:

• correct errors;
• improve formatting;
• fix technical problems;

• make reasonable improvements.

An update does not necessarily mean that every previously purchased version will automatically be replaced. Where appropriate, we may provide updated versions to previous customers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, digital products are not professional legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for determining whether professional advice is appropriate for your circumstances.

18. License Termination

This license remains in effect while you comply with this EULA. The license may terminate if:

• you materially violate this EULA;
• you unlawfully distribute the product;
• you engage in significant piracy or unauthorized access;
• or applicable law otherwise requires termination.

Where legally appropriate, we may provide an opportunity to correct a violation before terminating the license.

19. Effect of Termination

If the license is validly terminated, you must stop using and distributing the applicable product to the extent required by law. You may be required to delete unauthorized copies. Termination does not affect rights that cannot legally be terminated.

20. Refunds

Refunds are governed primarily by the SUFK Digital Products Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law. A refund does not automatically grant permission to continue using or distributing a product after the license has been terminated where termination is legally permitted. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

21. EU/EEA Consumer Rights

Nothing in this EULA removes mandatory consumer rights applicable to customers in the EU/EEA or elsewhere. Where applicable law provides rights concerning:

• digital-content conformity;
• withdrawal;
• refunds;
• replacement;
• correction;
• cancellation; or
• other consumer remedies,

those rights continue to apply.

22. Security and Unauthorized Access

You must not attempt to obtain digital products through unauthorized means. This includes attempting to:

• bypass authentication;
• exploit security vulnerabilities;
• manipulate download authorization;
• access another customer's purchases;
• or interfere with digital-delivery systems.

23. No Transfer of License

You may not transfer your license to another person unless:

• the product specifically allows it; or
• we provide written permission.

A license is not automatically transferable merely because you purchased the product.

24. Compliance With Law

You must use SUFK Digital Products in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Nothing in this EULA grants permission to use a product for an unlawful purpose.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SUFK Digital Products will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of a digital product. Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Mandatory consumer rights and non-excludable legal liabilities remain unaffected.

26. Changes to This EULA

We may update this EULA when reasonably necessary because of:

• changes to our products;
• changes in law;
• changes to our licensing model;
• security requirements; or
• legitimate business changes.

The latest version will be published on the Website. Mandatory rights remain unaffected by changes to this EULA.

27. Governing Law

This EULA is intended to be governed by the laws applicable to the operation of SUFK Digital Products in Pakistan. However, mandatory consumer laws applicable to customers in other jurisdictions may continue to apply. Nothing in this EULA is intended to remove mandatory legal protections.

28. Severability

If any part of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

29. No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision of this EULA immediately does not necessarily mean that the provision has been permanently waived.

30. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the SUFK Digital Products Terms & Conditions, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy, forms part of the agreement governing your use of SUFK Digital Products. If there is a conflict between this EULA and mandatory applicable law, the mandatory law will prevail.
