Data Request & Privacy Rights

SUFK Digital Products respects your privacy and provides customers with rights regarding their personal information where those rights apply under applicable law. This page explains how you can make a privacy or personal-data request.

1. Who Can Make a Request?

You may contact us regarding personal information that relates to you. Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request information about:

where it is transferred; and
your available privacy rights.

2. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

Access — request a copy of personal information we hold about you.
Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
Deletion — ask us to delete personal information where applicable.
Restriction — ask us to restrict certain processing of your information.
Objection — object to certain processing where applicable.
Data portability — request certain personal information in a structured, commonly used format where applicable.
Withdraw consent — where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal.
Marketing opt-out — unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the email. Essential transactional messages may still be sent when necessary to provide services you have requested.

3. How to Submit a Request

Send your request to sufkdevelopers@gmail.com and include:

the email address associated with your account or purchase;
the type of request you are making; and
enough information for us to understand and process the request.

Please do not send passwords, verification codes, full payment-card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information.

4. Identity Verification

For certain requests, we may need to take reasonable steps to confirm that the request actually relates to you. This helps prevent unauthorized people from obtaining or changing another person's information. We will aim to request only information reasonably necessary for verification.

5. Requests From Authorized Representatives

Where applicable law allows you to appoint another person to act on your behalf, we may require reasonable evidence that the person is authorized to make the request.

6. Response Times

We aim to respond to legitimate privacy requests within the timeframes required by applicable law. The time required may depend on:

the complexity of the request;
the amount of information involved;
verification requirements; and
applicable legal requirements.

If additional time is legally permitted and reasonably necessary, we may notify you.

7. Requests We May Decline

Privacy rights are not always absolute. Depending on applicable law, we may be permitted or required to retain or process certain information. For example, information may need to be retained for:

tax or accounting requirements;
fraud prevention;
security;
dispute resolution;
enforcing agreements; or
establishing or defending legal claims.

If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the reason where we are legally permitted to do so.

8. Account Deletion

If you have a SUFK Digital Products account, you may request account deletion by contacting sufkdevelopers@gmail.com. Deleting an account does not necessarily require us to delete information that we are legally required or otherwise lawfully permitted to retain. If you have previously purchased products, deleting your account may affect your account-based access to those products where legally permitted and technically necessary.

9. Marketing Communications

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time, generally by selecting the unsubscribe option included in the relevant email. Opting out of marketing does not necessarily stop important service communications such as:

order confirmations;
account verification;
security notices;
product-access information; or
important changes affecting your purchases.

10. European Union / EEA Requests

If you are located in the EU/EEA and the GDPR applies to our processing of your personal information, you may have additional rights under the GDPR. These may include rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent where applicable. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection supervisory authority.

11. Third-Party Services

Some personal information may be processed by service providers involved in operating the Website, such as payment, hosting, authentication, database or email providers. A request concerning information processed by a third party may sometimes need to be handled with that provider as well. We will provide reasonable assistance where appropriate.

12. Payment Information

Payments are processed through Paddle. We do not store complete payment-card information on our own systems. If your request concerns transaction information processed directly by Paddle, some information may need to be requested through Paddle's applicable privacy/support channels.

13. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. More information is available in our Security Statement.

14. No Fee for Ordinary Requests

We generally do not charge a fee for legitimate privacy requests. However, where applicable law permits, we may take appropriate action regarding requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive.

We may update this page when our privacy practices, Website functionality or applicable legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on the Website.
